Loan Processing

1. 2 years federal tax returns with W2's - latest years

2. 30 days pay stubs

3. Self Employed:  YTD profit and loss statement

4. Application filled out completely with all phone numbers and addresses

5. REFINANCE - copy of note from existing loan

6. REFINANCE - copy of payment coupon

7. REFINANCE - copy on insurance declaration page with premium

8. If previously married: copy of divorce papers

9. If bankruptcy within the past 7 years: complete copy of discharge

10. Copy of drivers license and social security card

11. Proof of other income sources:  i.e. social security, pension, annuity, awards letter etc

12. 3 months of bank statements
